Before you proceed with any project, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service:

The pricing of our services may vary based on the complexity of the model and the specific requests made by the client.
We do not accept or engage in projects that involve or promote adult content, explicit material, or any content considered Not Safe for Work (NSFW).
You grant us the right to use the showcase results of the project for the purpose of samples or portfolio showcasing.
Once the payment for the project has been made, we do not offer REFUNDS.
We do not provide .cmo3 files as part of the deliverables. If you require the .cmo3 file, it can be purchased separately, subject to availability.
The client agrees to credit Haildi Studio for any work produced by us with a link to our official channel.
Any applicable taxes or fees related to the payment for our services will be the sole responsibility of the client.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

How to order

To place an order, you can contact us through any of the following official channels:

Clearly describe the services you want to order along with any add-ons or specific requirements you may have.
You can send us the details in a .doc/.docx or .pdf file.
You will be required to make a 50% upfront payment to initiate the project.
We will send you a payment link through one of the following platforms: PayPal, Fiverr, VGEN, or BSI (please specify your preferred payment method).
You can track the progress of your project and view your position in the queue by visiting the following link: Trello.
After completing the project, we will showcase the work to you for review.
Once you are satisfied with the result, you can proceed to make the remaining 50% payment to get the file.
